She spent more than a decade climbing the corporate ladder at Fortune 500 companies, where her work earned several sales and marketing awards, including a Global Marketing Award.

After two mergers and acquisitions, years of burnout and health issues, she left to build her own business. Her first venture collapsed a month before launch, and that failure became the foundation of the methodology she teaches today.

In the nearly ten years since, Sarah has helped hundreds of senior leaders and high-achieving women turn their expertise into businesses that give them more income, more autonomy, and more impact than corporate ever did. She is a certified Master Coach, because the mindset of entrepreneurship is just as important as the business strategy; she brings both.

Sarah lives with her husband Chris and their two young sons.
