When my first business failed, it wasn’t the strategy that was missing. I came from sales & marketing in Fortune 500 companies. The strategy was sound. But I was chasing an opportunity in the market instead of building from an inner alignment. I was also burnt out. I projected confidence, but the truth is that my confidence and self-worth had been eroded through years of toxic bosses and work environments.
Now I coach women through the same process I needed when I left corporate.
